We want Snayu to earn its place in your life. If it doesn't within the first two weeks of a paid plan, you get your money back.

1. Free Trial Period

Snayu AI offers a 7-day free trial for new users to test and experience the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide Snayu AI is not right for you, we offer a full 14-day refund window starting from your initial purchase date.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period:

Contact our support team at hello@snayuai.com with your account email and transaction receipt.
Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through our Merchant of Record, Paddle, using the order email sent to you at purchase.

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Paddle within 5 to 10 business days.
